Impey Showers, the UK’s leading wetroom manufacturers and pioneers of the level access wetroom has recently unveiled a range of exciting new care products.
Impey’s new Maxi-Grip Plus support hand rails have a square profile with rounded corners and have been acknowledged by the RNIB as being beneficial in providing improved rotational slip resistance. The Maxi-Grip Plus hand rails are a cost effective bathroom modification that will provide stability and support to those with healthcare requirements.
The award winning Level Dec Advance is the improved version of the Level Dec, the original built-in gradient wetroom solution, invented by Impey Showers over decade ago.
The Level Dec Advance has an improved drainage feature that enables the installer to rotate the drainage point through 360 degrees to any position in order to avoid joists, therefore increasing the speed and efficiency of installations.
Impey’s Level-Dec Advance is extremely strong. It has a weight saving advantage of at least 28% on the original Level-Dec product and retains the same thickness of 22mm. The Level Dec Advance is perfectly suited for suspended timber floor applications and concrete screeds.
Other new products in the Impey Showers portfolio include the SLW1 Slimline Waste Shower trap and the ‘Supreme’ range of silver half-height shower doors.
Impey Showers’ products have been designed by highly skilled technicians to create solutions for those with healthcare needs, such as the elderly or disabled. The products are also extremely beneficial for contractors and installers due to ease of fitting and installing, product quality and lifetime watertight guarantee.
For the last decade, Impey Showers has built its business on developing pioneering healthcare showering solutions to ensure that those with care needs can shower independently or with as little assistance as possible. The company invented the first pre-formed built-in gradient wetroom solution.
Impey products have been used in over 250,000 wetroom installations. Its team of healthcare experts will be on hand at numerous key industry events throughout 2012 including events run by the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) to communicate the benefits of its products and supply chain solutions to those working in housing and care and repair organisations in terms of cost, design and efficiency.
