Bell & Webster have earned a respectful portfolio of over 35,000 completed rooms. Past projects include:

- • 50 Express by Holiday Inn Hotels providing a solution for nearly 5,300 rooms;
- • 11 Ibis Hotels providing solutions for nearly 2,000 rooms;
- • 6 Holiday Inns providing solutions for over 1,000 rooms
Other hotel projects including Ramada Hotels, Devere Hotels, Travelodge, Arora and Radisson Hotels which total to over 2,800 rooms.
Bell & Webster has also completed projects in MOD accommodation, custodial accommodation, YMCA accommodation, residential accommodation and a school, which total to over 3,500 rooms.
The RoomSolutions® concept was introduced into the market place by Bell & Webster Concrete Limited in the early 90’s. This concept was quickly welcomed into the United Kingdom and Bell & Webster Concrete became market leaders in fast concrete construction. The first project to reap the benefits of the new RoomSolutions® concept was the Holiday Inn, Warwick. The construction was a success guiding Bell & Webster forward into 2012 as market leaders.
Originally based at Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire, Bell & Webster Limited was established on 1st April 1948. Bell & Webster is not limited to structural accommodation solutions; another area of the business is retaining walls. Over the years, Bell & Webster Limited has supplied thousands of retaining walls for uses as diverse as silage clamps to military blast walls and in February 1984 Bell & Webster Limited became one of the first companies in the United Kingdom to be granted BSI approval for the manufacture of Structural Precast Products. With growing success in the past the company land and property portfolio increased with the Grantham site being centralised to all concrete production, in excess of ten acres, it has been completely developed for intensive production of a variety of products.

The Bell & Webster RoomSolutions® Concept
All of the precast units are designed and engineered prior to manufacturing off-site. Units are then delivered on-site in time for installation. The high quality interior finish makes the rooms ready for final preparation (with either wallpaper or emulsion). All sections are designed to reduce construction schedules, fitting together with hidden joints and connecting to conform to Building Regulations.
