Palace Green is an existing private house which was being extensively refurbished by SizeBreed Construction. As this particular project included a new below ground extension requiring specialist waterproofing, SizeBreed Construction called in specialist contractor Cemplas Waterproofing and Concrete Repairs Ltd who were awarded the £145,000 contract.

Summary of works:
• A combined Grace Hydroduct cavity membrane and Betec Flex system was applied and fixed to the walls and floor of the basement/sub-basement.
• Grace Servidek Roof system was applied to the rear and side terrace.
• Safeguard Damp Check Plus (Chemical DPC) and Safeguard Renderguard Gold (Render Additive) was applied to the internal and external basement walls.
• On completion of the works, SizeBreed signed off the works to their complete satisfaction and were supplied with a 10 year guarantee.
