We are a growing, niche business looking to recruit a Project Manager and a Contracts Manager. Based near Liverpool Street, we offer construction strip out and builders work services to blue chip clients across London.
Candidates should have a formally recognised construction orientated qualification with a minimum of 3 years site experience in a construction company, together with a track record of successful management. Candidates must demonstrate the following:
- Computer literacy
- Competency in construction documents (ie RAMS, variations orders, contracts, RFIs)
- Management of personnel
- Time management
