The course is worth 16 Continual Professional Development hours and is accredited by Quantity Surveyors International and the Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors. The Chartered Institute of Building also formally recognises the course for members’ professional development.

The course is suited to claims consultants, quantity surveyors, commercial managers / directors, project managers / directors, contract administrators and anyone within the industry who needs some knowledge of construction claims.

The course developer and leading presenter, Andy Hewitt, commented on the decision to return to London and said, “The recent upturn in the construction industry will undoubtedly result in contractors being obliged to protect their contractual and financial entitlement by submitting claims and consultants and clients will be obliged to prepare responses to them”. He continued on to say, “our course provides an in-depth understanding of the requirements to present and respond to claims in a manner that they may be resolved in a timely fashion, without being elevated to time consuming and costly disputes. We are delighted to be presenting the course in the nation’s capital once again”.
