We are a firm of experienced Quantity Surveyors established in 2002 based in Clerkenwell, London EC1. PT Projects offer a variety of services including QS, Project Management and CDM-C. Our experience covers a broad range of sectors both in the UK and abroad and we particularly enjoy the challenge of working on interesting and unique projects.

PT Projects really understand the importance of design, both from the viewpoint of what the architect is intending and why the client chooses a particular design.
We are proud to have worked with Jonathan Clarke Architects on a number of projects over the years, currently providing QS services on Battersea Dogs & Cats Home. In 2008 we worked together on Longford Community School in Feltham, West London. The project was for a new library and fitness suite. A few years later the school had changed its name to Rivers Academy, Feltham and the project was for a new steel framed single storey pavilion building with a cantilevered roof canopy. The project completed in 2012. In-between these two educational based jobs we worked with Jonathan Clarke in London, SW1 on a new shop and dessert bar for William Curley Patissier and Chocolatier. The project involved a complete strip-out and subsequent fit out of 90sq m ground floor retail space and 60sq m basement.
