A COUNTY DURHAM-based housebuilder is celebrating reaching a milestone – building its 2018th house since it started in business – in 2018.
Partner Construction is going from strength-to-strength along and its annual results recently showed an unprecedented level of growth, seeing pre-tax profits treble over the past year.
Since being established in 2010, it has partnered with major players in the industry, including a number of blue chip contractors.
Now with 15 live sites in locations from Oxford and Essex to Darlington, Partner has laid the foundations for continued growth.
Managing director Leigh Cresswell said: “We’ve always focused on building a great firm, so we’re obviously very happy with the company’s performance.
“As we start the year it’s great to be able to say we sold our 2018th home in 2018 and we’ve got ambitious plans for the rest of the year and beyond.
“Our success is down to our focus on building high-quality homes and recruiting and retaining hard-working experienced staff.”
The company has 15 major sites currently in development. Its 73-plot Springfield Oval site near Oxford is being undertaken alongside Waterloo Housing Group, and its Flitch Tree development will provide 25 homes in Essex.
Closer to home the company has a 70-home development in Spennymoor, The Acorns, in partnership with Maple Oak Homes. Its Alexander Street development in Darlington will boost its total house builds by another 66.
Partner Construction also builds homes on its own under its stand-alone brand Partner Homes and is currently on site at Thornton Gate in Northumberland.
The Spennymoor headquartered firm employs around 45 staff and also has offices in Derby.
Partner Construction is A-rated by the National Housing Building Council and Premier Guarantee.
