Bethesda Slate Company is a specialist supplier of Welsh Roofing slate and other Welsh slate products. We also supply the full range of associated roofing materials such as felt, battens, lead and nails from our stockyard in Anglesey as well as a full range of specialist tools at our office and showroom in Bethesda.
We stock a large selection of reclaimed slate at our yard in Anglesey.
The sales office and showroom is in Bethesda, North Wales, at the foot of the famous Penrhyn Slate Quarry. Our location gives us unrivalled access to the availability of Welsh Slate products providing a quick, efficient and friendly service.
Since 2004 Bethesda Slate has become one of the largest suppliers of Welsh Slate in Wales, mainly due to supplying local authority regeneration schemes across North Wales. In recent years, our nationwide sales have increased due to our customer service and our ability to provide the world’s best roofing slate to your door.
Thinking about using Spanish slate? We also supply a first quality Spanish slate which has been approved for use in Snowdonia National Park because of it’s similarities in colour and texture to the Welsh Blue/Grey roofing slate. The most commonly used size of Spanish slate is 500 x 250 and comes pre-holed as standard.
2: Award Winning Success
Bethesda Slate is proud to have been the supplier of slate to the ‘National Roofing Awards 2010’ ‘Best Slate Roofing Project Winner’ for Welsh Slate supplied to the refurbishment of Chester Town Hall, and now we can also be proud to have been the supplier to the 2011 winning entry for slates supplied to the Windmill project.
Both projects included free professional design advice from Bethesda Slate as well as on-site monitoring.
