‘Kreative kids korner’, presents from Lapland and all manner of festive treats at Mövenpick Deira – Oh and by-the-way plenty of Christmas cheer for mums and dads as well
The Mövenpick Hotel Deira, which opened earlier this year in January is planning a bumper celebration for its first festive season, with plenty to keep the kids entertained, while mums and dads get down to some serious celebrating.
Kicking off with Christmas Eve, for those eager to spoil themselves and get stuck-in to some seasonal spirit, Jigsaw Christmas Eve dinner on the 24th of December will be the perfect choice with a sumptuous festive buffet offering for a miserly AED 350 per person with selected house beverages. As an alternative an Asian-influenced fayre and square deal will be available at Wok In with an all you can eat and drink tempter for just AED325 per person.
On the big day itself, the seasonal specials continue at Jigsaw with a guest appearance of a very special man in big red coat sporting a long white beard, who’ll be loaded with presents for the little ones. Meanwhile, over at the Christmas day brunch a wide range of culinary treats will be accompanied by free flowing beverages for just AED 270. For those looking for an extra treat, try the bubbly package for AED 305 per person, which includes free flowing branded house beverages and a glass of sparkling vino.
Alternatively, for just AED 240 dine with freshly made juices or sodas – kids under 6 years old can dine for free and 7-12 year olds pay AED 100. Jigsaw will also have a dedicated ‘Kreative kids korner’ where children will be able to make their own Christmas ornaments for their Christmas trees at home.
Then comes the grown-up stuff – New Year’s Eve celebrations. Both Jigsaw and Wok In will lay on something to remember to welcome 2012. Jigsaw will get you in the party mood with an all you can eat New Years Eve buffet which includes free flowing branded beverages and a glass of the real fizzy stuff at midnight for AED495.
If you’re a an Asian food fanatic, Wok In restaurant will be offering a set menu all you can eat and drink buffet for AED 525 which will also include branded beverages. A flute of finest bubbly will be poured at midnight to herald the dawn of another new year and some new resolutions.
