The project was undertaken by Bahrain based digital marketing agency East Innovations and saw the completion of a premium content management system (CMS) within eight weeks, created to fit within DTZ’s existing brand guidelines and web presence.

The portal has been designed to meet the individual needs of different users, offering separate sections for landlords, tenants and corporate residential services and allowing users to indicate whether they are seeking to buy, sell, let or lease a property.
The interactive search function enables visitors to browse the extensive property and land database based on their personal criteria and generates real-time results to fit their individual requirements. Users can also sign up to receive email alerts when properties matching their criteria become available.
In support of DTZ Qatar’s new web presence, East Innovations will be optimising the site’s searchability across internet search engines with a twelve month search engine optimisation (SEO) strategy to enhance the online visibility of the site and generate relevant organic web traffic.
