The Wilde Group (TWG) based in Harlestone Firs, Northampton offers to undertake integrated construction services in the built environment for an array of clients from local businesses, blue chip construction companies, local authorities, schools and utility companies.
With a pedigree of 27 years as a specialist contractor and a strong balance sheet the business remains in privileged position but it knows it can’t rest on its laurels. There have been positive changes made in the company during 2012 with the appointment of 2 new board Directors namely Stephen Farrant, Financial Director and Mark Fox Operations both with over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry, the strategy has seen the Wilde Group restructure and consolidate its divisional businesses of CEM Fencing, NRG Fabrications and DJC Joinery into one central operation capable of offering a more dynamic and efficient service to its customers.
Being involved in the building of the 2012 Olympics was the catalyst in this decision to restructure allowing the Wilde Group a real opportunity to promote its integrated construction solution as one company rather than having to go through the same PQQ procedures time after time. Our legacy with the games is now one where we are proud to say we supplied manufactured and installed over 2 million pounds of work consisting of 3000m fencing, architectural balustrades to 87no flights of stairs, 1000m2 of floor grates and 6No levels of ground to ceiling staircases.
We now start 2013 aiming to be at the forefront of customers’ minds for Architectural Metalwork through to High Security Fencing and whilst the current economic climate remains volatile we remain positive.
Supporting a new image and a brand new website the Wilde Group is set for growth and now is the time to inform our customers new and old of why we wish to be their first choice supplier. Offering a quality product and service that is materially better than our competition, we will continue to consistently outperform everyone else in our sector.
Our order book in 2013 is beginning to build having won new orders with Morgan Sindall, ISG, Willmott Dixon and Kiers to name a few and we wish to encourage others to use our service.
