Saniflo, the total solution provider

In commercial settings, most customers want to ensure continuity of business. The Sanicubic contains two separate pumps for absolute reliability and power. Each is fitted with a high performance maceration system and the two pumps operate alternately, ensuring even wear of the motors. In the event of inflow overload, such as a busy Saturday night in a city nightclub or a Sunday morning in a B&B, both motors run at the same time. And, if on the rare occasion one pump should fail, the other pump takes over, guaranteeing continuity of business and happy punters.

The Sanicubic tank is fitted with two dip tubes; one controls normal motor operation and the other controls motor operation for high level inflows, plus the alarm system. With the long pickup tube (normal operation), as soon as the waste water level in the tank reaches the triggering point in the long tube, the pumping system starts up. The short pickup tube (inflow overload operation) kicks in if the waste water level in the tank reaches the upper point. If this happens a contact is closed and the auxiliary pumping system is triggered. At this point an audible and visible alarm is triggered showing that the high level system has been activated. Since a high level inflow would only be occasional, a persistent alarm should prompt inspection of the motor operation. The motor and cutting unit can be easily accessed to check for blockages by unexpected foreign objects such as screws and building debris that may have got into the system during installation.

The Sanicubic is an extremely hard working macerator that can take up to 340 litres of water a minute. It pumps up to 11 metres vertically through 50mm pipework and 100 metres horizontally, or a lesser combination of both. With an inlet diameter of 110mm for WC waste and 40mm for waste water, the Sanicubic can take waste water of up to 70°C.
