Rapleys Commercial Property and Planning Consultants have successfully secured a new contract to complete inspections of Network Rail’s entire commercial listed building portfolio.
The contract involves undertaking surveys and producing both condition and planned maintenance reports of 275 properties across 165 sites nationally within 12 weeks. Properties range from small arches to large hotels. A number of the properties are Grade 1 Listed.
Rapleys have implemented electronic data capture and instant reporting which enables both them and Network Rail to review the data almost instantly once a property has been inspected. All reports and data are hosted by Rapleys to enable Network Rail to download and distribute the information as it is required.

This project is nearing successful completion and Rapleys have received a further instruction to survey 85 sites nationwide.
