Southampton Eastern Docks Car Storage Platform

Cemplas Waterproofing and Concrete Repairs Ltd were appointed by Morgan Sindall to grout in excess of 30,000 linear meters of concrete plank joints to a newly built car storage facility which was constructed using pre-cast concrete planks. In addition to grouting all plank joints, Cemplas were tasked with preparing the top deck by shot blasting and applying a Tremco Polyurethane waterproof coating system. Once the Tremco system was applied operatives completed the work by applying the demarcation car park line marking in accordance with the colours and layout to the drawings provided.
