Due to the coastal location, a high degree of problems with the structure were evident, including evidence of spalling to the private balconies and ring beams, but most critically, the ring beams that were supporting the outer brick skins of the external flank walls were completely delaminated.
FM Conway mapping drainage route of M25
FM Conway will use Specialist CCTV equipment to map the 117 mile route of the M25’s extensive draining network.
The £300,000 drainage mapping contract secured by FM Conway includes plotting the overground and underground drains using CCTV, along the route of the M25. The results will contribute towards the national HADDMS (Highway’s Agency Drainage Data Management Systems) survey,
